drobe = wardrobe - war

today i'm listening to: level- the raconteurs (and you should too)

can. you. say. dream. den?

this snapshot is from banksy's cans festival near the waterloo station in london. may 2008.
(banksy = the boots! aka i love him)

this "room" is reminiscent of box 8, a studio where i recently styled a photoshoot for an online boutique that shall remain nameless.

(for those of you who didn't know, i'm a fashion stylist.
i do tv, film, music vids, photo shoots, and the like.
i've put the styling work on permanent hold & claiming to be unemployed because i'm WAITING for my DREAM JOB to OFFICIALLY BE MADE OFFICIAL and it's a delayed train that amtrak won't send my way. pffffff. don't they know i'm far too excited to wait for trains?)

any.way.
here's some behind-the-scenes from the box 8 shoot:
styling is like playing with barbies.
except these barbies are alive and much taller than i am.
and seventeen years old and smoke like chimneys.
how cool is box 8?
and look at the arm workout i'm getting without even touching my shake weight.

they have a swing!
(swings must be utilized. rule of life #86)

with designers coco & breezy.

the lovely miss D and I.

here's pics i styled from the shoot.
this. bag. kills. me.
everyone likes spikes.

one of my favorite brands: american gold.

too hot to trot.

if this dress were a person, i would get arrested for stalking it.

fly.

i'm with the band.

bitches. be. trippin.
(is what the shirt says)
(is what i say)

hot damn.

accidentally bought these bellbottoms.
by young, inspired, & proper.

too legit to quit? i think so.
okay, that's enough sharing for now... i'll leave you to go frolic in the city of angels, looking for fairytales that don't exist...

oh yeah... and abe lincoln says hello:

until then, burn your brightest, but not the house down...
